Full batch: 4 listed servings.
Blend yogurt, milk, whey, cocoa, honey, vanilla and sweetener until smooth. Spoon all the base into 8 roughly 90-mL silicone pop cavities in equal amounts; insert sticks and freeze at least 6 hours. Gently melt the 20 g chocolate and drizzle all of it across the 8 frozen pops, 2.5 g per pop. Return to freezer 15 minutes. Two pops make one listed serving. A parchment-lined small loaf pan cut into 8 bars is an alternative; no stick is needed.
Freeze promptly, individually wrapped or airtight, at 0 F or below; aim to use within 2 weeks for texture. Let a portion soften 5-10 minutes before eating. Low-fat, lower-sugar bases freeze harder than commercial ice cream. Do not refreeze melted ice cream.
Listed allergens: Milk. GF-eligible*. Ingredient badges are not a guarantee of safety. Check all packaged products and cross-contact.
Thin drizzle, not a full chocolate shell. All 20 g chocolate is counted. Expect a firm frozen-yogurt bar rather than full-fat ice cream.
New development recipe; texture, exact product labels and finished yield need kitchen validation.
