Sodium: 17 mg / estimated
all gummies from 1 of 4 separately dosed cups. Estimates change with brands, ingredient ratios, cooking yield and portion size. Unknown sodium is not zero.
Full batch: 4 listed servings.
Sprinkle the gelatin over 100 mL of the measured cold water; bloom 5 minutes. Gently heat the juice or puree with the remaining 100 mL water until steaming, not boiling. Remove from heat, stir in the bloomed gelatin until fully dissolved, then cool to 95-104 F (35-40 C), keeping it liquid. Separately stir the clear whey into the remaining 140 mL cold water; let foam settle. Stir the whey mixture and measured sweetener gently into the liquid gelatin. Do not boil or vigorously froth the whey. BEFORE adding creatine, weigh the complete liquid base into four identical cups in equal amounts. Separately weigh 3.00 g plain creatine monohydrate into EACH cup and stir very thoroughly, scraping the bottom; never estimate by scoop. Pour each cup into its OWN clearly labeled mold tray or lined dish, keeping each entire serving separate. Chill until set, about 2-3 hours, and consume the same day. One serving is ALL gummies from ONE cup, not a fixed candy count. If it sets early, warm the bowl very gently; do not add uncounted liquid.
Prepare only for same-day use; refrigerate at 40 F or below while setting. No validated creatine potency, distribution or shelf life is claimed. Do not batch for the week, mail or sell as a dosed supplement. Creatine can degrade in wet acidic mixtures; refrigeration slows but does not establish stability.
Listed allergens: Milk. GF-eligible*. Ingredient badges are not a guarantee of safety. Check all packaged products and cross-contact.
ADULT SUPPLEMENT DEVELOPMENT RECIPE, not everyday candy or a breakfast replacement. Adds 3 g creatine monohydrate powder per whole portion (not an assayed retained dose). Count it toward your existing daily creatine, never automatically on top. Keep clearly labeled away from children. Color does not change the cutting/bulking band. Do not alter acidity to try to stabilize creatine. Dry creatine taken separately is the more reliable prep option.
New development recipe; texture, exact product labels and finished yield need kitchen validation.
